晚上好！

      我很荣幸受邀带领浙江海外企业家代表团出席今天的晚宴。

      我们来自中国浙江省，浙江省是中国经济发展最快，民间资本最为丰富，最具创新活力的省份。

      近几年来，尽管受金融危机的影响，浙江与西澳的民间交流、企业合作仍不断发展，形式不断创新，内容不断丰富。 今年6月，ACBC西澳分会主席韩德利先生带领西澳科学家和企业家组成的代表团访问浙江，签署了多项合作备忘录及协议，取得了丰硕的成果。

      我们这次来西澳企业家代表团的成员涉及：矿产、地产、投资、科技、教育、文化、旅游等诸多领域，他们都对西澳产生了浓厚的兴趣。 这几天我们走访了默多克大学，三洋集团，西澳洲养蜂协会，达成了多个合作意向，这些项目的实现将极大的促进西澳经济的发展，增加本地就业的岗位。 我们将配合西澳州政府多元化经济产业发展规划，为重振西澳经济做出贡献。

      女士们，先生们，

      当我们用创新的思维来看待发展的机遇，就可以发现更加广阔的天地。

      希望我们在各个领域的交往当中，能够碰撞出更多的火花，精诚合作、互惠互利。 衷心祝愿浙江省和西澳州的明天更加美好，友谊长存！

Dear Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen:

Good Evening!

      I am very honoured to be invited to lead a delegation of overseas entrepreneurs from Zhejiang China to attend today's dinner.

      We are from Zhejiang Province. The province is traditionally known as the "Land of Fish and Rice", now it is a centre of business and trade in China, with the most abundant private capital, and the most innovative vitality. 

      In recent years, despite the impact of the GFC, we are glad to see the economic and trade exchanges between Zhejiang and Western Australia have continued to evolve and grow.  In June this year, Mr.Adam Handley, Chairman of ACBC Western Australia, led a delegation of Western Australian scientists and entrepreneurs to visit Zhejiang, signed a number of memorandums and agreements, and achieved fruitful results. 

      Our members of this delegation includes Chinese Entrepreneurs from various industries, including energy, minerals, real estate, investment, technological, education, culture, tourism and many others. We have all developed a strong interest in Western Australia.During our trip, we visited Western Australia Bee Association,Murdoch University and one of the leading private enterprise 3 Oceans Group who has long track record in promoting WA as a destination. We have signed a number of MOUs. The realization of these projects will greatly promote the economy of Western Australia, and to further boost the number of local jobs.  We would love to work closely with the Western Australian Government to achieve common prosperity, and to build a more diversified economic drive and portfolio, collaboratively. 

      Ladies and Gentlemen, Innovative thinking enables us to unlock plenty of opportunities that were not foreseen. 

      I sincerely hope that the expanded cooperation between Zhejiang Province and WA will be ever stronger. We aim to push forward the spirit of innovation and promote the building of an open trading system for mutual benefit.
